How do I contact support?
Email us at support@norelabs.com. We're a small team and usually reply within 1–2 business days. To help us help you faster, mention your device (Apple Watch model and iOS version) and what you were doing when the issue happened.
I bought Pro on a new phone — how do I get it back?
Open the App, go to Settings → Restore Purchases. As long as you're signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with, Pro will be restored — including on your Apple Watch, since the purchase is shared across your devices.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so you manage them in your Apple Account. On your iPhone open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or use this Apple link. There you can switch plans, turn off auto-renew, or cancel. The Lifetime purchase is one-time and has nothing to renew.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases go through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something went wrong on our end, email us and we'll do our best to help.
The app closed mid-match — did I lose the score?
No. A match survives a crash, a phone call, a notification, or a dead battery. Just reopen the App on your watch and it will offer to continue the match exactly where you left off.
Why does it ask for Apple Health access?
Only to record your match as a workout — heart rate, calories, and Activity rings. This is optional, the data stays on your device, and we never receive it. You can turn it off any time in the iOS Health app or in the App's settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I show the score to everyone on court?
While you keep score from your watch, open the App on your iPhone — it mirrors the score in real time. Prop the phone under the net or against the post and both teams can follow the game live.
Does it use the new 3×15 rules?
Yes. The App supports both the classic 3×21 and the new 3×15 system and switches automatically by match date (3×15 from 4 January 2027). You can also choose the system manually for any match.
